• What will the estimator look for when inspecting the roof of my home?

• How will I know if a roof has problems?

• Will the roof be completely torn off?

  We recommend a complete removal of the old roof system for homeowners seeking a replacement roof. In some circumstances, particularly when there is only one layer of shingles on the roof, it is possible to re-roof or re-cover existing shingles with a new roof. However, placing a new layer of shingles over aging shingles may give the roof an uneven appearance.

• How long can I expect my roof to last?

• How long will it take for the roof to be completed?
